Protection of personal data

These personal data are processed and kept in a protected and secured computer system and/or by protected and secured premises and computer system, from the moment you contact us, including for the simple establishment of an estimate or when making an appointment.
– In the event that the appointment is not honored, this data is only kept for five weeks. In all other cases, they are kept for a period of five years from the last legal or judicial act carried out by Expert & Guis AARPI.
– Any interested party has the right to access, limit, rectify or delete his/her personal data by sending an email to: contact@expertguis.fr. He/she also has the right to file a complaint with the CNIL if he/she considers that his/her data has not been protected.
